The climate in Oakmont is warm as it's located on the South-East side of Santa Rosa, but in the 'Coastal Cool Zone' of Sonoma County.
Access to nature is minutes away as Oakmont is on the North end of the Sonoma Valley floor and flanked by the Trioni-Annadale State Park on the West side as well as the Hood Mountain Regional Park on the East side.
The various home options range from 1 bedroom units with shared walls to 3 bedroom detached homes. 99% are single level, however there are some homes and townhomes that are 2 stories. Some of the homes are in an HOA with dues that typically run around $350 on average. Those homes included water, sewer and home insurance. Some homes are NOT in an HOA and are owner maintained with no utilities included.
All the homes in the Oakmont Village are subject to a resident (each one living in the home) facility use fee, currently around $130 per person. Here are the Oakmont Facilities.
