Annalise was extremely helpful as I looked for a new home in Marin and suggested things I would not have thought of on my own, like considering a property that was a little more expensive but that had a rental unit. I took her advice and as a result, I ended up with the best house I could afford - and love it! We looked at tons of places over several months and she was very patient through the whole process.
