Living in Vintana is fun. It's a condensed neighborhood .5 miles from downtown Windsor and the new SMART station. If you're a golfer, hiker, dog walker and social, this is your neighborhood. The homes range in price from the mid $700's (smaller single story homes) up to $1,300,000 range (bigger homes, bigger lots). There is a park in the middle of the community with play structures and benches. The entire community is laid out around this rectangular park. There is also another park in the rear of the community that includes walking paths around Windsor High School.
